Mums and Bubs Pilates Class
After pregnancy it is recommended you are cleared by a doctor before returning to exercise. Our exercise physiologist/Pilates instructor will prescribe appropriate exercises for you to exercise appropriately post-pregnancy.
The Pilates classes have a focus on strengthening the abdominals and pelvic floor muscles. Intensity of the exercises are initially lighter and will be progressed as you build strength.
The class includes stretching of the muscles prone to tightness from pregnancy and nursing your baby.
Come along to stretch and strengthen while meeting new mum friends. The group normally goes for coffee after the class too!
