I am Marika, Business Owner, Trainer Assessor and Exercise Physiologist extraordinaire. With over 20 years clinical experience in health education, injury rehabilitation and chronic disease management, and more than 25 years in the health and fitness sector, I am confident I can assist you with your health and wellbeing needs.
