HealThy Self Exercise Physiology is a relaxed and friendly allied health clinic delivering evidence-based exercise interventions for anybody who wants to 'Heal Thy Self'

Not only do we design and deliver exercise programs for general health and fitness, we also assist in enhancing health and wellness for people with chronic disease, injury or disability.

We run a variety of group exercise classes throughout the week including strength/cardio and Pilates.

Personal Training

30 minute, one-on-one sessions that keep you motivated, accountable, educated and focused on your goals. With care taken to manage any injuries or health conditions, it is an optimal way to kickstart your exercise in a safe and supervised environment.

Group Training

Our Over-50's group fitness classes involve a mixture of aerobic exercise, and resistance and core strengthening movements. Focus is on getting you moving. Exercise intensity can be altered to cater for individual fitness levels and our Beginners class takes into consideration any injuries and functional or mobility limitations.

Exercise Rehab

Exercise is a fundamental part of life; not only does it make us feel good but it also plays a role in preventing and managing chronic disease, injuries and reducing fall risk. Our rehabilitation programs are designed for your individual needs and include education and instruction on managing your condition.

We offer Diabetes group exercise sessions that focus on exercise to help manage long-term blood glucose control and reduce other health-related complications of Diabetes. With a Diabetes Educator on staff in the clinic, we can combine the exercise with comprehensive education relating to all aspects of managing your Type II Diabetes.
